Jessica began her career in restoration in 2013 and, through her unwavering dedication to the industry, has progressed to the role of co-owner at Rapid Response. She effectively manages a wide range of responsibilities within the company, including project management and daily operations. Jessica holds both the Master Fire & Smoke Restorer and Master Textile certifications through IICRC.
Having grown up participating in various sports teams, she developed strong teamwork and leadership skills, which she applies to all aspects of her work. Jessica is committed to excellence in her career and strives to achieve the highest standards in every project she undertakes.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Kelly has built a reputation for exceptional customer service and strong attention to detail. His background in construction has provided him with a deep understanding of the restoration process, from start to finish, and a commitment to ensuring that every client feels supported and informed throughout their project.
Outside of work, Kelly loves to travel and explore new places, gaining fresh perspectives that inspire him both personally and professionally. He is committed to bringing greater awareness to the importance of restoration services and educating the public on how these services play a vital role in protecting homes, businesses, and communities.

With over six years of hands-on experience in the industry, Christian brings dedication, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality service. His background has strengthened his ability to collaborate effectively with teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Christian is family-oriented and enjoys spending his free time with loved ones. He’s also a fan of movies and live concerts, appreciating the creativity and energy they bring.
Christian looks forward to working closely with clients, guiding them through the repair process with care and understanding, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
