In relation to a recent flood in our home, Rapid Response Restoration indeed responded immediately and worked to remedy the immediate situation, determining flood source to stop it, and cleaning up the flood to dry it out. We were fortunate to have the same company take charge of repairs and replacements necessary to bring area back to pre-flood status. Rapid Response Restoration supervisor was excellent at communicating and coordinating work that needed to be done. Staff was efficient and respectful of unit when completing work. I just wanted to share with everyone how wonderful my experience with Matt from Rapid Restoration was. Our condo had been flooded as a result of an issue in the condo above us. Our walls had been damaged, which meant our linoleum, drywall and baseboards had all been affected from the water that had leaked for some time . We had to tear everything out. Matt from Rapid Restoration moved quickly helped us to get the new flooring in and to get all the drywall repairs done and repainted .
Not only were they meticulous in their work, tidying before they ever left… the work completed is better than what we had before the flood . Matt was empathetic … just the right amount of concern for our undeserved plight .
This company is so lucky to have such a great fellow in their employee !!

I have a cleaning business called Glass Castle Services and I was excited that when human feces and urine was present on the outside of the building I clean that Rapid Response was available. Paula the new building property manager from First service residential connected us and Brian did a great job. While he was working on the chemical process and making sure the surrounding area was properly disinfected we noticed a second human feces issue near by in a fenced off difficult area to access. We got the go ahead to add the second area to clean and Jessica from their office, Paula myself and Brian managed to pull off making sure communication was fast, quick and delt with. As a janitorial business I need companies to help my buildings stay clean and healthy for the community and all and all it was a great day without the usual hustle of the waiting game. I have been so impressed with this company. They were at my acreage within a half an hour of my call. They completed all documentation for insurance before they started the clean up. Every staff member that entered my house showed up on time, were very respectable and always left the work area immaculate. The lead person Jessica was in contact with me on a regular basis. She handled most communications with my insurance company and kept me informed. Would highly recommend this local company.

As the office manager of a busy Dermatology Clinic I feel so fortunate to have had Rapid Response Restoration for our emergency cleanup. The cold-water attachment on our washing machine ruptured in the middle of the night on a Saturday and our office and three others acquired major water damage. When I walked in on Monday morning the drywall had been removed from many of the affected walls and there were 23 fans running to dry the place out. The carpets were clean and there was no dry wall dust evident. The chief operating officer was there to explain what our expectations would be for the clean up process. All our questions were met with the utmost respect. We could continue to work, of course on a limited basis because of the noise from the fans. During that first week more drywall was being cut out. Whenever one of their team wanted access to an area where one of our staff was working, they asked for permission and were more than willing to work around our schedule. The Rapid Response team were always pleasant. We could not have asked for a more accommodating group.

Our Insurance Company gave me a list of ten companies that I could use for the restoration work but because of the positive experience we had with the cleanup I requested that Rapid Response do the Restoration work. Again, the management of the process was outstanding. They contacted me for specs on the wallpaper, paint and baseboard and were able to match everything. They worked in the evenings so that we could keep the office operational during the day. Every morning found the office to be spotless. There were no signs of construction dust even though wall board had been replaced, and mudding and sanding had taken place. The goal of the restoration team was to get us back to normal working conditions as fast and efficiently as possible. They worked the entire weekend to make this happen! We are one very satisfied client!

The job that was done was just great, but what I really was impressed with were the people that came to work on the unit. I think all told I probably met 6 different employees. All were just so nice to deal with, couldn’t help me enough with any questions or help I needed. You just don’t get that level of service, especially from 6 different people any more. From the time you were authorized to start – you were on time, on schedule and even finished one day early.  The employees who completed the work were incredibly professional and pleasant to have in our home.

There was an extensive effort made to ensure there was no dust and that the unit would be kept as clean as possible. You accomplished that goal at 100% rating!! There was virtually NO dust at all – Linda and I were so pleased and happy.

Due to water damage caused by a unit two floors up, the Condo Management selected Rapid Response Restoration to remediate my condo unit. The restoration work was quite extensive; remove & replace ceiling & insulation, dry & re-carpet with new underlay, paint multiple walls, replace baseboards, etc. All work done excellently and meticulously by courteous & professional personnel. Bottom line, Rapid Response Restoration gets the job done right.

It was a great opportunity for me to learn about what happens in these situations and have a glimpse at some of the damage. The work was completed on our bathroom ceiling that was damaged by a water leak. When the moisture was expertly removed thanks to your helpful staff. Your service technician, Mike, did an excellent job. He was most pleasant, efficient and accommodating. The new dry wall, texture and paint was completed with very little disruption and the daily clean-up hardly left any sign of the ongoing repair.
