Allan is originally from Donkin, Nova Scotia. He moved to Calgary in 1986 and started as a telemarketer for a carpet cleaning company. With hard work and dedication he quickly moved up the ladder in the restoration industry. In the past 34 years Allan has seen a wide variety of claims from multi-story water losses, extensive fire and smoke related claims, trauma and crime scenes to minor losses of all kinds. Allan has obtained the status of Master Water restorer, Master Fire & Smoke restorer and Master Textile. Along with his restoration education, Allan also participates in martial arts where he has achieved a second degree black belt. The art of discipline, respect, and excellence taught within martial arts has transferred to his business where Allan teaches these same principles to his staff. With many years in the industry and focused education in disaster restoration it has helped to shape Rapid Response into an industry leader. Allan has dedicated his career to being the best in the industry with the quickest response times for emergency response all while maintaining a high quality of services and workmanship.
Glenis was fundamental in getting the company up off the ground and building it into the success it is today. Her focus on employee morale and closing the gap between business and employee has had a huge impact on the success of Rapid Response maintaining employees. Glenis has been an active member of choir for many years and brings the positivity of that environment into the workplace. She is involved and accomplishes many tasks from behind the scenes and continues to push Rapid Response to be industry leaders.
Chief Executive Officer
Jessica has been a valued member for Rapid Response Restoration since 2013. Her dedication and humble personality has enabled her to advance quickly within the corporation. From Project Management to Project Development Jessica successfully wears many hats. Jessica has received her Journeyman Fire & Smoke restorer and Journeyman in Textile through IICRC. She has also completed her Asbestos training and looks forward to advancing her education in the restoration industry. Growing up Jessica played on various sports teams which taught her both team work and leadership. She carries this team work and leadership mentality to all aspects of her job. Jessica strives for excellence in all aspects of her career. She is a pleasure to work with and we look forward to her continued career with Rapid Response.
Junior Project Manager
Shane is the newest Junior Project Managers to our team and has recently entered the world of restoration. Born and raised right here in Calgary, he has just over 1 year in the industry and he has taken this position by the reins! Whether its learning different remediation techniques, or working with other project managers to offer the best service for our clients in restoration Shane has come along a far way in such a short period of time. When he isn’t busy learning about the industry, Shane loves to play baseball, hockey, and play slow pitch.
Matt possesses extensive experience in the restoration industry. He started in the business as a technician and carried on with that role for 9 years, where he earned his IICRC Journeyman Water Restorer ticket before becoming a Project Manager with Rapid Response Restoration. Matt has seen it all and takes those experiences to help the team grow to become the best they can be. In his leisure time he is an avid sports and gaming fan. Periodically you can spot him soaking up the sun in Mexico!
